On July 2, 2024, we presented our Spring/Summer 2025 collection, AERO, at Berlin’s Tempelhof Airport. With over 700 invited guests, the runway—set against the backdrop of Hangar 6 and vintage aircraft—provided the setting for a collection that explores aviation aesthetics through contemporary, sustainable fashion.

With AERO, creative director Johann takes inspiration from the silhouettes, cuts, and details of early flight apparel, integrating them into our vision of a modern urban uniform. Structured bomber jackets, distinctive closures, forward-set pockets, and the balance of volume and form reference historic aviation wear while remaining grounded in the present. A key influence for this collection is Amelia Earhart, whose pioneering achievements—including her solo transatlantic flight—represent the determination and independence that inform our designs.

AERO continues our focus on sustainable craftsmanship, with every piece handmade in Berlin from deadstock materials. This season also includes a collaboration with the family of Wolf Vostell, incorporating his artwork B-52 Lipstick Bomber, which is featured on silk scarves in the collection. Originally created as a statement on war and consumerism, the piece aligns with our approach to conscious design.
As with every collection, AERO builds on our ongoing exploration of historical references in a modern context. The accompanying poem closes with the question: “What future shall we explore together?”—an invitation to think about progress, responsibility, and the direction we choose to take.
